Affiliate Link Cleaner

Paste any link — or a whole list — and get back a clean URL with the tracking and affiliate clutter removed. This tool strips utm_* tags, click IDs like gclid and fbclid, and marketplace junk from Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and Amazon, then shows a clear before-and-after for every link. It also flags shorteners and redirect links so you know when a URL is hiding another one. Everything runs in your browser, so your links are never uploaded.

One URL per line — paste as many as you like. Everything is processed in your browser.

Leave on if you rely on UTM tags in your own analytics. Turn it off to strip utm_source, utm_medium and the rest too.

Your cleaned links will appear here

Paste one or more URLs on the left to strip their tracking parameters.

How to use

  1. Paste one or more URLs into the box — one link per line.
  2. Leave "Keep utm_*" on to preserve your own UTM tags, or turn it off to remove them too.
  3. Read the before/after for each link and the chips showing exactly which parameters were removed.
  4. Copy a single cleaned link, or use "Copy all" to grab every result at once.
  5. Export the whole batch to CSV when you need a record of what was cleaned.

Features

  • Removes utm_*, gclid, fbclid, ref, aff and dozens of other tracking parameters
  • Marketplace-aware: clears Shopee (smtt, uls_trackid), Lazada (laz_trackid, exlaz), TikTok and Amazon tags
  • Optional toggle to keep your own utm_* parameters for attribution
  • Before/after view with the exact removed parameters listed for each link
  • Flags link shorteners and redirect URLs without opening or following them
  • Copy-all and CSV export — 100% in your browser, nothing is uploaded

Frequently asked questions

Which tracking parameters does it remove?
It strips utm_* tags, advertising click IDs (gclid, fbclid, msclkid, ttclid and more), generic affiliate keys (ref, aff, affid, spm), and marketplace-specific junk from Shopee (smtt, uls_trackid), Lazada (laz_trackid, exlaz, scm, clickTrackInfo), TikTok (_r, _t, checksum, share params) and Amazon (tag, ref_, pf_rd_). Ordinary parameters your link needs, such as a product id, are always kept.
Can I keep my own UTM tags?
Yes. The "Keep utm_*" toggle is on by default, so links you use for your own analytics stay intact. Turn it off when you want a fully bare URL with the UTM tags removed as well.
Does it follow or resolve short links?
No. The cleaner only tidies the query string of the URL you paste. If a link is a shortener (like bit.ly or shp.ee) or carries a redirect target, it is labelled so you are aware, but the tool never opens or resolves it.
Are my links sent to a server?
No. All parsing and cleaning happens in JavaScript in your browser. Your URLs are never uploaded, logged or stored, which makes the tool safe for private campaign and affiliate links.
Why clean affiliate and tracking links at all?
Shorter, clean links look more trustworthy, share better on chat and social, and avoid leaking campaign or affiliate data to whoever you send them to. Removing tracking parameters also prevents accidental attribution to the wrong source.
