How do I convert a PNG to JPG?

Add your PNG, choose JPEG as the output format, and pick a background colour for any transparent areas. Adjust the quality if you like, then click Download to save the JPG. It all happens in your browser.

Why does my transparent PNG get a white background as JPEG?

JPEG cannot store transparency. When you convert to JPEG, transparent pixels must be filled with a solid colour, which defaults to white. Choose PNG or WebP instead to keep the transparency, or pick a different background colour.

Is this image converter free and private?

What image formats can I convert?
