Frequently asked questions
Can I save the invoice as a PDF?
Yes. Click “Print / Save PDF” and in the print dialog choose “Save as PDF” as the destination. You get a clean A4 PDF containing only the document, without any website menus — ideal for emailing the invoice to a customer.
Does it calculate withholding tax (WHT)?
Yes. Choose a withholding-tax rate of 1%, 1.5%, 2%, 3% or 5%. It is deducted from the amount after discount and the net amount due is shown automatically — handy for services where the client withholds tax at source.
Can I show bank or PromptPay details for the customer to pay?
Yes. Enter your bank account number or PromptPay ID in the “Payment details” field and it appears in the “Payment to” box on the invoice, so customers know exactly where to transfer.
How is an invoice different from a tax invoice?
An invoice is a bill requesting payment from a customer, while a tax invoice is a tax document that follows the Revenue Department’s requirements. To issue a tax invoice or receipt, use the dedicated tool for that document.
Is my data sent to a server?
No. Everything is processed in your browser — customer details, line items, payment info and the logo. Nothing is uploaded or stored on a server.
