Frequently asked questions
Can I save the quotation as a PDF?
Yes. Click “Print / Save PDF” and in the print dialog choose “Save as PDF” as the destination. You get a clean A4 PDF containing only the document, without any website menus.
Does it calculate 7% VAT and the amount in words automatically?
Yes. When VAT is enabled, the tool calculates 7% VAT on the amount after discount, and converts the grand total into Thai words (e.g. หนึ่งพันบาทถ้วน) automatically.
Is my data sent to a server?
No. Everything is processed in your browser — customer details, line items and the logo. Nothing is uploaded or stored on a server.
Can I enter the discount as a percentage?
Yes. The discount field lets you choose Baht (฿) or percent (%), and the discount and totals recalculate instantly.
Is a quotation a valid tax document?
A quotation is a pre-sale price offer, not a tax invoice. To issue a tax invoice or receipt, use the dedicated tool for that document and follow the Revenue Department’s requirements.
