Overtime Pay Calculator (OT) — Thai Labour Law
Not sure how much overtime you are owed? This calculator works it out under the Labour Protection Act. Pick your pay basis — monthly salary, daily wage or hourly rate — and it derives your hourly rate, then applies the correct multiplier to each type of overtime: 1.5× for OT on a normal working day, 2× (or an extra 1× if you are monthly-paid and already receive holiday pay) for working on a holiday, and 3× for OT worked on a holiday. You get a clear breakdown of every bucket plus your base wage and grand total. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
