Dummy Text Generator — Thai & English Lorem Ipsum
Generate placeholder text in real Thai or classic English lorem ipsum, then copy it straight into your mock-up. Latin lorem quietly breaks Thai layouts because Thai has stacked vowels and different glyph heights — this tool fills your design with genuine Thai words so your line-height and spacing tests are honest. Free, instant and 100% in your browser.

Features
- Real Thai placeholder text — not Latin lorem forced into a Thai layout
- Generate by paragraphs, sentences or words
- Thai words joined without spaces and sentences spaced correctly, matching Thai typography
- Optional classic opening line (Lorem ipsum… or a Thai pangram)
- HTML <p> wrapping for pasting into mock-ups
- Lock the text so growing or shrinking the amount does not reshuffle every word
Frequently asked questions
Why use Thai placeholder text instead of Lorem ipsum?
Latin lorem ipsum has no stacked vowels or tone marks, so it hides real Thai rendering problems like tight line-height and clipped upper/lower vowels. Genuine Thai text makes your layout test reflect how the page will actually look.
Why is Thai text generated without spaces between words?
Thai does not put spaces between words within a sentence; spaces mark sentence or clause boundaries instead. This tool follows that convention — words run together inside a sentence and a space separates sentences — so the block behaves like real Thai copy.
What does “keep the same text when I change the amount” do?
It locks the random seed. When you increase or decrease the amount the existing words stay put and only the length changes, which is handy when a designer needs to grow a block without reshuffling the whole layout.
Can I paste the result straight into HTML?
Yes. Turn on the <p> wrapping option and each paragraph is wrapped in a paragraph tag, ready to drop into an HTML mock-up or CMS.
Is any text sent to a server?
No. Everything is generated in your browser with JavaScript, so it works offline once the page has loaded and nothing you produce leaves your device.
